Mission Statement:
There is growing acknowledgement in the health care discipline that personal care strategies must be based on listening to and understanding the person first, rather than making individuals fit into pre-fabricated treatment models. This has been termed Person Centered Therapy.
Our mission at Deliverance Health Care Services is to offer a rich constellation of personal care and nursing services with the capacity to tailor support to individuals needs and circumstances.
This approach will offer support services to those individuals with disabilities the capacity to live in least restrictive environment and have community inclusion.
